Intercessory Prayer

Risen Church is looking forward to celebrating your achievements and being a graduate of the Class of 2025 on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 10am. All graduates should register by Friday, June 6 by clicking on the link.
SWEET LESSONS FOR A GOOD LIFE
Risen Children’s Ministry get ready for a sweet time. rGen is hosting a Theme Day Sweet Lessons for a Good Life. This special event is for children ages 1–12. It will be a fun day filled with crafts, games, yummy snacks, and a fun lesson on God’s 10 Donot’s (Do-not’s) to help kids live a good life. Children are encouraged to wear bright colors or donut-themed accessories like donut headbands, shirts, or socks.

Sweet Dreams with Jesus
Risen Children’s Ministry is hosting a theme day, Sweet Dreams with Jesus, on Sunday, May 25 at 10:00 a.m. Children ages 1–12 are welcome to join us for this special day! Kids can wear their pajamas and bring their favorite blanket and stuffed animal. They will enjoy a fun time filled with crafts, games, yummy snacks, and a lesson on God’s care and peace—emphasizing rest and trust in Him. Let’s come together and invite the community to experience a joyful day in our Children’s Ministry!

Baptism Service
Baptism will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025 as part of the 10am worship service. To register, click on the link.
Family Week
Risen Church will have Family Week from April 21–25, 2025. There will be no Bible study or meetings during this time. We encourage everyone to take this opportunity to spend quality time with their family.
Foundation Classes
Risen is offering FREE Foundation Classes which will be via Zoom. Scan the QR code on the seat near you or visit risen-church.org/foundation to register for the classes. The classes are available for Risen and the community. Make sure to register today.
Palm Sunday Parade
Join R-gen for our Palm Sunday Parade. Kids ages 1–12 are encouraged to wear something purple as we celebrate together. They will enjoy a day filled with games, crafts, an inspiring lesson, and yummy snacks!

rGen is hosting a Sneaker Ball for kids ages 1-12. Children are encouraged to come dressed in their Sunday best with their favorite sneakers. rGen Theme Day: LOVE – What’s Faith Got to Do With It?
Join us on Sunday, February 23, at 10 AM, for the Risen Children’s Ministry Theme Day: LOVE- What’s Faith Got to Do With It? This event is for children ages 1 to 12, and we encourage all kids to wear pink & red to show their LOVE for Jesus.
Kids will enjoy a day filled with crafts, games, an engaging lesson, and snacks. Let’s come together and invite the community to experience the fun day in our Children’s Ministry!
Child Dedication
Child Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025, during the 10 AM worship service. This ceremony is an opportunity for parents to commit to raising their children with Christian values. It is open to newborns and children up to 18 years old. Vision Meeting

New Year’s Eve
Risen Church is celebrating New Year’s Eve with a Meats & Sweets Cook-off. Yes, it’s time to see who can throw down in the kitchen. The last day to enter into the cook-off is Wednesday, December 18. Following the cook-off Risen will worship God into the New Year with guest speaker, Overseer Jeremy Jamison. Let’s bring in the New Year together.
Family Day
On Sunday, December 29, 2024, Risen is celebrating Family Day. Families are welcome to participate in different aspects of the worship service. Make sure to sign up at the Welcome Area in the lobby to serve in various areas by December 15.
Risen Christmas Celebration
Invite your family and friends to join us for Risen’s Christmas Program entitled, The Heart of Christmas on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at 10am. This service will include a narration, songs and performances. Let’s celebrate the true heart of Christmas, Jesus.
rGen- The Best Gift Ever Day
The rGen Children’s Ministry invites you to The Best Gift Ever Day on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Kids are encouraged to come dressed as a Christmas gift and enjoy a fun-filled day of crafts, games, an inspiring lesson, and yummy snacks. Let’s spread the word and invite kids ages 1–12 to join this exciting celebration in our Children’s Ministry!
DREAM TEAM DAY
On Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 10 AM, Risen will be celebrating all staff and volunteers! We cannot thank each of you enough for your contributions towards the vision. As part of this special celebration, lunch will be served for everyone after service.
Family Week

Upside Down Day
The rGen Children’s Ministry is excited to host Upside Down Day on November 24, 2024, at 10:00 am! Kids are encouraged to wear their clothes upside down, inside out, or backwards. It will be an exciting day filled with crafts, games, a special lesson, and yummy snacks. We invite all kids ages 1-12 to join in the fun and experience this exciting day in our Children’s Ministry.
